So, I feel like I've left you in the lurch.
I have had a crazy start to the semester, not to mention a couple of HUGE monetary setbacks I wasn't aware of. This is going to affect my budget (my tight money just had to get tighter), which has kind of honestly sent me reeling.
I haven't cooked much these past few weeks. I haven't even felt like doing that.
In fact, I've hardly eaten great at all *blush*
BUT, I'm working hard on some posts. I've had rays of sunshine through the past 2 weeks of craziness. Hope to be back up and going on Monday the 29th.
