I'm back! And what am I cooking up???

Thank you for your condolences and well wishes....my family and I truly appreciate it....

Also, I've been thinking a lot about the blog, and I want to just be able to blog about what speaks to me in the kitchen, not just trying to fit my Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule...

Is that okay?  Good...I'll still post waffles on Wednesdays....just not every Wednesday..... ;)

So, I'm back in the kitchen tonight after a week and a half hiatus.....what will I be cooking up this week?
