Waffle Wednesday Archive: Corn Fritters with Bacon

I made this recipe from Women’s Day Magazine.  Yes, they aren’t waffles.  But, they are pancakes and delicious!  I served mine with butter, honey, and strips of bacon!  I will definitely be making this again.
